Sold broken phone

If I could give 0 stars I would I am throughly disappointed I bought a Samsung J4 Core and one day later it stopped working out of no where I keep going back to the store and the staff is giving me the run around saying they waiting in this person and that person when they are the ones who sold me a broken phone. This pep is the one located in the umlazi megacity and I am absolutely frustrated because I still have the receipt and original packaging yet no one is interested in helping
