Social Mishaps

I enjoy shopping at Pep Home but trying to source things they advertise on social platforms at the branches are a nightmare. I have visited 5 Pep Home and Pep Stores to source the small mirrors they advertise. Not 1 store has it. I have made repeat visits as well. I called a consultant at 2 stores who completely ignored me and went about their business. Why advertise something that would be continuously out of stock? I can't find it anywhere. I feel like it is a waste of time revisiting me once loved store as I am wasting my time.
