Bought 2x itel A14 from Pep cell Bluff towers on the 28th August 2020 and set it up but it's been giving us problems so we decided to take it back on the 30th August 2020. So as we entered the store the first cashier greeted us, I told her as to where she called Zinhle Mdnunu to assist us, Zinhle didn't greet us she took the phones and started doing something with them 20 minutes later she looks at me as says did you flush the phone as to where I say yes I factory reset the phone as you do that to get it to how we got them, she then went by saying that because we flushed them they can can't help us, she then went back to checking the phones she then told me 10 mins later that the one box was torn a little on the side so they won't be able to assist me, my 3 year old son accidentally sat on the box while we were setting up the phone, she then said she will speak to her manager her manager said they can't do anything I then told her to tell her manager which she phoned to come to the store so I can speak to him he then said sorry he's not on duty so he can't come I then asked if I can speak to him on the phone, she said he said that I can't speak to him on the phone because he is not on duty his name Divya Rajgopaul, after being in the store for an hour and a half she said we can't help you on the receipt it says if you bring it back within 7 days from selling date and I did within 2 days.
