So called Traveling Fee suprise

I bough Dstv explora and paid for explora + dish + installation is free ,I paid R1840 on 4 Nov 2020 .Tonight 20:48 I receive a call from the guy that suppose to do the installation asking me what I bought, I couldn't understand why the people of Pep didn't send all the details of what must be done to the installer,but I explained anyway so i asked if there is anything else he requires of me so he says NO I MUST JUST HAVE A TRAVELING FEE OF R200 READY FOR HIM.Pep didn't tell me anything about a traveling fee.I previously had a decoder and dish installed through Pep and installation was also free and I didn't wait for 5 days and also didn't pay a "Traveling fee" to installer.
