Sms confusion

I received a sms stating on the 14th June that "this is the last week to pay & collect your pep lay-bye. Don't lose out, pay today", off to Westgate mall weltevreden store I went just to hear its not there by them, I asked the kind manageress to call you're promenade store as I have a lay-bye there to,but Shahieda informed her it only expires in July. This morning I phoned you're pep clothing store in promenade mall, Mishay says I don't have a lay-bye there. Now I'm confused as there is no other info on the sms as to what store or reference nr etc. Can someone double check as I know I have lay-,byes by pep weltevreden and maybe a or more by promenade (there's why my confusion lies as I thought it might be there) but Shahieda confirmed there's only 1. I called the ********** 000 now but hanged on to long so I did put the phone down. I called the ********** 070 nr and it says the nr doesn't exist. Please help, my nr is ********** 212. Thank you
