Sloppy, slow service.

Poor (if not horrible service) from Paxi, Powered by PEP. My parcel was sent a couple of weeks ago and it's still in another province and it doesn't seem like it will move anytime soon. I can only hope that they're actually handling it well, it shouldn't be out this long. I wouldn't recommend Paxi, we use it but there are better, affordable options out there. It's definitely not worth the wait...literally. I'm posting mostly about Paxi because it's not listed on Hello Peter, so I'm hoping to get through to the Paxi team via PEP, thanks.
