Sim Swipe and being helpless

I was ****** they took my bank cards, ID document, laptop, plasma tv, phones and my clothes I went to PEP store in Majuba Mall Newcastle to buy a simcard so I can do a sim swipe as soon as possible I explained that I lost my things I need to do a Sim swipe and the lady ask for my ID document yet I told her I need help because I need to close my bank cards. I went back a week after with the temporal ID they said they need an ID not a temporal. I not saying you guys must change the way of doing things but this experience of not knowing if they took something into your account. I'm real not impressed and I'm disappointed you can get me on this number *** and My Name is Siphathi
