Sim swap
I bought a sim card at yesterday for a sim swap since mine was damaged. Waited until today to pay the sim card in my phone and its not working because the sim swap was never done. Staff should focus on the customers in front of them and leave the smalk talk once done. Now I have to go to Cell C to fix this - totally unacceptable.
