Sim card not rica

I was at the westwood mall Pep store on Saturday at around 1:30pm.<br> i purchased a Trace Cell C sim card and gave my ID, proof of address etc to have the sim card rica's.<br> todate the card has not been rica's *annoyed* now i have to go back to a store to have this done. What an inconvience. do not offer this option if you guys are not going to do the job!!!!
