Sick and tired of the bad service and poor behavior

I'm sick and tired of the bad service Im constantly receiving from Pep stores in Brixton Johannesburg. On Monday I bought a shop pants for my child and I asked the lady to help me look cause I didn't see anything she told me I must look and if it's not there then they don't have and refused to help me. When I asked someone else to assist no one came. I end up taking an incorrect pants cause no one wanted to help me. When I went back to the shop today I wanted to change the pants cause it was wrong. They refused to help me with it cause I didn't have a slip and told me that I don't have a slip and there is nothing they can do. Not only did they refuse to help me they now refuse to exchange my pants.
