Showing appreciation

Today I visited Pep Stores in Queenstown , now today was a very frustrating day it was hot and the store was very busy , while standing in the long que getting more frustrated I saw a guy walking up the line and asking people to just adjust or put on their mask properly, while doing this he explained to the people why they have to wear the mask it was a fairly regular interaction, and some people just adjust their must before he reached them No one had a problem except this one guy at the ver back of the line who I assume must have heard the employee asking people to wear their mask his mask was on his chin, he was asked like everyone else to put on his mask and he just touched his mask it remained in the same place so the guy asked him to put his mask on or if he cannot he must leave the shop , well he started making a scene and cursed the guy out and told him explicitly that this was not his shop, now the reason why I am telling this story is because of how calm this pep stuff remained , while the customer was cursing and telling the staff remained calm and just asked the dude without a mask to leave the store he eventually did , I was very frustrated with the lines in the store but after witnessing this event I have more empathy with the staff and would like to show my appreciation
