Shop closed when supposed to be oped

I went to Pep Ottosdal just after 10 o'clock this morning finding that the shop is closed. It was loadshedding and accepted that it was because of that. After 12 o'clock when loadshedding stopped, I went back but still the shop was closed. According to Pep website, the Sunday hours for Pep Ottosdal is 9h00 to 13h00. The reason for me visiting Pep on Sundays is that I am unable to do that during the week as well as Saturdays. But still, that does not matter when I can visit Pep or not. The business hours are stated on their website, but not honored.
