Shoe torn after 2 days - terrible quality

I have a serious complaint about the quality of your shoes. I bought these shoes for my son on the on the 8/10th November 2023. This pair was meant to be an addition on the ones he already has. He has won these twice – as there is a pair for each day. It only been two weeks and the shoes have fallen apart, torn almost everywhere and cannot be worn. What is the quality check done before sending these to the stores – the supplier is definitely cheating the customers. R190 is a lot of money and my son doesn’t even play in gravel, there is grass at his school with paving, etc.

The is absolutely no reason why these should not last, I want my money back or a different pair. The supplier should answer and be accountable. Now I have to travel again to get a pair, petrol and my time not considered at all, this is a true inconvenience.
