Shocking Service

I bought a Hurricane Cellphone 02/02/2022 from PEP. a month later and the phone is faulty. They have no interest in refunding me so that I can purchase a new phone as their system does not allow for refunds after 7 days. Now I have to send the phone in for repairs! Brand new phone !!! They do not offer a replacement phone nor can they advise how long this will take? Absolutely shocking to say the least. They are happy to take your money, but the aftercare is non existent.
