Shocking service.

So today I went to Pep Cell at Lemo Mall, Bloemfontein with the hopes of buying 10 phones but the service the customer assistant named Dineo turned me off completely.

The store had no phone samples on display when I asked Dineo to please take out a few phones so that I could see the phones, see how big the fonts where she took out two phones and then with a HUGE attitude and no explanation she told me that shouldn't be taking out more phones for me to look at. She blatantly refused.

Please explain to me how can I buy phones without looking at them. I was supposed buy phones for 10 elderly people and I needed to make sure the fonts were big enough but I couldn't I only bought one phone.

Please train your stuff to deal with people. This is the worst service I've experienced.
