Shocking manager

Went through your store in Osborne Road Eshowe at 8.30 this morning and walked into a store with the loudest pumping music you can ever imagine. I asked Xolly by means of gestures to turn the music down at which time she ignored me. I asked a second time adding I would contact their head office if they don't comply. She went to the MANAGER who took one look at me , turned the music up and they all started laughing. Where do you get your managers from if this is how they behave.
