Shocking customer service

I purchased a curtain at pep home in Eloff street on the 5th of August and it did not fit in the area where i wanted to hang it so i went back to the store the next day to have it exchanged with the receipt. I was assisted by a lady called Kgomotso and Windy and they were both extremely rude to me. Windy said that i am making the company lose money by requesting for an exchange because the curtain was not folded the way that it was when i bought it. I advised her that i was unable to fold it the way that it came and hoped that they will assist me to which both ladies Windy and Kgomotso declined with an attitude and basically just started yelling at me. The behavior left me appalled and disappointed. Their conduct and customer service was poor especially towards a paying customer and also parading their behavior in a store full of customers without a care in the world. I would not recommend PEP store in Eloff street in Johannesburg CBD to anyone.
