Shocking customer service

Very shocking ,I was denied entry at PEP stores greenstone mall by Judy Mateka because I had a trolley with groceries.The attitude even left my 6 year old that I intended to buy clothes for asking what did we do the lady at pep,She also wanted to buy herself toys from the money tooth ferry left for her,what a huge disappointment to a young girl .I have been trying to call your customer service number but i can't seem to get through.How can I further escalate this issue I did call the store and spoke to the manager Prisca about the issue however I want this to get to the top!!!!
