Shocking customer service

I went to PEP stores halt road Elsies River I went to buy me a pair of boots of R109.99, I paid aR10 with my card and the rest I paid in cash. Cashier handed me my boots without a packet when I questioned it she said that "ons het sakkies wat voor betaal moet word" I then said I thought you deducted a packet and her reply was" ons het nie saakies nie" I then said " soe as ek nie n sakkie gehad het nie bedoel dit dat ek my boots in my hande moet dra" she just looked at me and I left the store . I then waited for a bus infront of the store and a customer came out with a packt and I went back and said" oh julle het nie sakkies maar daar het sy een" her reply was" dai was een wat hier gele it" and I said oh wow and then she started sarted shouting syt my jy en jou and I said jy praat nie met my soe nie and she said " maar jy was nou net ***ken ombeskof oor n sakkie" mind you there are customers in the store and somoene sitting in the cash office I cant say if that wasthe manager I was very upset I will be returning my boots to another pep stores as this is extremely disrepectful to speak to a customer like that and I told her I will be escalating the matter to head office and she was like doen wat jy wil. Oh no a person does not speak to a customer they way you want too I am not her child and she another staff member was gossiping about a customer right infront of its not my business but I have entering that PEP store since being a child and I feel this is unacceptable
