Shocking attitude

<p>What an attitude I got from Kiki Letsogo from Pep store Krugersdorp, I walked in and read a board that says "Pay your account here" and because I was going to pay my DSTV I went over to the till on my left as there was no one there, I stood there to wait for Kiki to finish counting money as I didn't want to disturb her, before she was done she stopped and said "Can't you see the queue is there?" I said; there's no need for you to be rude as I was only reading the board but it's fine I'll go there. As I was on the other till being help she called the security guy and she pointed at me and I said to her 'Now you're irritating me, 1st you gave me an attitude now you're pointing at me what's wrong with you!!! She looked at me and said "Ka mo tlwaela NXA" (I'm getting used to her and 'she clicks her tongue on me')". I asked for the manager who gave me her name and surname. I don't see myself walking into pep store ever again be it anywhere, if that's the attitude we get as customers black or white dear pep I'm sorry but you need to close down, just a simple instruction to say "Sir or Abuti" please the next till as this one is closed or a simple small board to be used to share the message saying (CLOSED). I'm really disappointed, hurt and devastated. Pep store is not the same. No more, I'm done.</p>
