Shocked by the way workers treat customers

I walked into Pep Campus Square today to buy a phone, two workers were having a conversation so I decided to approach them for assistance, the response I got from one of them (Who was also busy fidgeting on her phone by the way) was absolutely shocking! I was told in no uncertain terms that I should basically do things on my phone while she's standing around doing nothing! What are you employed for if you cant even assist customers with their querry?? I walked out of the store and bought the phone elsewhere and i'm certainly never going back to any Pep store for that matter!
