SHARP METAL IN DUMMY FROM PEP

I bought a dummy pack (2)for my baby at pep last week Sunday and wanted to give her the second one tonight... Discovered a piece of sharp metal in it!!! I'm disgusted and horrified by this shocking discovery!!! What if my baby got it out and in her mouth!!!
