Service sucks

Why is it that just because someone is black they get a job but know nothing about the products they are selling you ask someone about what class an SD card is and they don't know. .. They are picking their nose while still serving people come on people. ... If someone cannot do a job fire his or in this case her ass and get someone else who can do the job properly but because they a black they still have their jobs..... The store in flora center says opening time 08:30 and everyday pick & pay which opens at 09:00 still opens before them simply *******
