I bought a Hisense small mobile phone for the price of R499.00 on the 6/7/2020 at the Pepcell in Kraaifontein- the phone has never worked upon my return 5 days later the women assisting me told me NO refund, they could only send away for repairs. My feeling is why repairs if I am within the 7 day return cash period. the service is terrible and I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR ANY NEW ELECTRONIC DEVICES
