**** service from Paxi Pep

I have a parcel which was sent to me via Pep Paxi on the 6 Dec 2025, and it was estimated to arrive on the 12 Dec 2025, and even now on 05 Jan 2026 i have not received my parcel, this is frustrating because the parcel contains an expensive package.

I have been contacting Paxi everyday since the 12 Dec and they always tell me they are escalating my matter but they are not giving me feedback of even one escalation they have been doing.
