Service delivery

Disappointed by the Paxi service. How is it so hard to change the store destination when you could provide all the necessary details for security. Now my parcel is stuck at their facility all because they cannot update store destination. I regret having to opt for Paxi. First time and definitely the last time. For now I want my parcel.
