SERVICE DELIVERY

I was standing in the FRONT of the que for already 10 minutes when one of the employers told us to go to the cell phone counter. when I got there I was then THIRD in the que! There we waited anohter plus minus 10 minutes, the printer didn't work. after I complained they sent us back to the counters where we first were, there I again landed 5TH!!!!!! in the row, there I waited for another 15 minutes. There were only 2 persons in the whole shop working at the tills. THIS WAS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE I EVER GOT FROM A PEP STORE
