I went to pep home Giyani to purchase an umbrella, the umbrella had a price tag that was written R74.99 and when I got to the till they told me that the umbrella is R79.99 and if I had a problem with it I can just go and buy at another shop, the person who was assisting me(RHULANI) together with the store manager( NKHENSANI) gave me such an attitude it was so shocking. I told them that as a customer i had a right to pay the price that was written on the price tag, and they told me they don't care.im so disappointed by the service I got today, and I will not be setting foot in that shop again.
