I bought the decoder at Gateway mall Umhlanga Pep store, and I was not advised about that they only install between 5km from the store, I only found when I called the installer. I went back to the shop to return the decoder they told me I will not be refunded the installation fee and the store never tld me anything about that when I bought this.

They then convinced me that they will get me someone from Tongaat to assist e with installation and that failed too. I must say I very angry with the service they gave me and willing to take this matter to the ombudsman, I am not going to pay more money for installing because I've paid this. They service sucks.
