I went to Pep stores Gilwell Mall in East London February 2024 to buy a new cell phone where I encounter the Foneyam agents. Who told me that I can take a Samsung Galaxy A04 for R600 and then a R229 monthly until phone is paid off. I thought it a good deal. I paid for February, March and yesterday for April. This morning, they locked my device and told me they never received my payments. I then send an email to *** with proof of my payments. Now operator is telling me I must wait 48 hours for email to be responded to then only they can help me. So, I must go without my phone for 2 days and I'm using it for my customers. Please tell me how to get out of this nightmare.
