selling faulty handsets and false advertising

Bought a cellphone and not even 2 weeks later its got software issues!!Pep sends me to vodacom and vice versa.Nobody wants to accept responsibility and sort out my issue,pep stores area manager(mentioned above) is also not helping me!! The Customer Service from shop level right through to area is disgusting and we are not the only people to complain about the Dis - Service the PEP Store branch in Newlands East, Durban has given...its also sad that this store is based and services the lower income user!!!!
