Selling Faulty cellphones

PEP in Park Meadows/Eastgate is selling faulty phones. <br> <br> In July I bought two phones from the store and both of them were not working properly. <br> <br> I bought the first phone and after 2 weeks the speaker stopped working. I took the phone back to the shop and I was told to leave it behind so that it can be fixed. However in the meantime I bought a second phone to replace the faulty one. It took this second phone less than 24 hours to also stop working properly as it started rejecting the dual SIM cards. <br> <br> I took the second phone back to PEP as well and I was given a refund for this one. <br> <br> However a few weeks later the store called me to tell me that the first phone cannot be fixed and therefore they want to give me another phone. <br> <br> I do not want a third phone from PEP because the store sells faulty phones - it is just a waste of money and time. As a customer I do not get value for my money because PEP keeps selling me faulty phone. <br> <br> Now the store is refusing to give me a refund. Instead it is forcing me to accept another faulty phone - which I am not prepared to do. <br> <br> I want my money back please.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
