Security swearing customer

Pep store in Joubert nd commissioner street Johannesburg.. .. these a security guy named nyiko he doesn't have customer service i went there yesterday asking about an exchanged he shouted at me..... nd went bck on the 30.10.2019 he wanting to one why was he shouting... he starting to swear at me inside the store next to the store manager.... calling me names im so disappointed with the store...
