Security Guard new "Manager" at PEP HOME Meyerton - Bad service

Today, 07/06/2020 at 12h35 my wife fell in line at the pep Home in Meyerton. At about 12h50 the security, who seems to be the boss around PEP Home in Meyerton came and inform het that the shop will close at 13h00 and that she will not be served. As I was sitting right in front in a parking and saw what happened, I got out of the car and asked him why he now after about 10 to 15 minutes tells my wife that she won't be served. He told me that it's got nothing to do with me. When I ask him his name, as he doesn't wear a name tag, he refuses to give it to me. When I tried to look on his uniform to see his company's name, he puts his hand over it. Then one of the PEP staff came out and tried to explain to me that they are closing 13h00 and then people will not be allowed in. When I told her that I will take this matter to PEPKOR HQ she quickly changed and asked that my wife come and be served. Can you pleas tell me who is your security company at this branch in Meyerton. I would like to lay a charge with the company against this arrogant security guard. If Pepkor doesn't assist me with solving this matter I will be forced to take other legal action. I will not be treated as **** when I as a customer are actually paying their salaries.
