Security at door

Every time I go to shop upon entering the store the security guy at the door who checks the bags wants me to open my handbag/baby bag en check whats inside. I know that they have to check your shopping bags but most retailers only check the shopping plastic bag! Since when am I suppose to open my HANDBAG! Even as I'm entering the store he checks my handbag en the last time when I was leaving the store he opened my handbag en open the shopping bag INSIDE MY HANDBAG. I know stores must check due to theft ect but NOT ANY OTHER retailer has ever opened my handbag. Who gives him the right. He makes me feel like I'm *****ing from the store and this is a big issue for me as I'm 'n honest person who spends cash at the store every month. But this guy (the same guy every time) makes me feel like he's accusing me of *****ing will make me not ever shop at Pep again. This is an invasion of my privacy and not even my husband goes through my handbag. I suggest you take this up with him!!!!!
