second hand 3G TAB

GOOD DAY<br> <br> On the 05 January 2015 i went to pep cell in Modjadji Plaza Ga Kgapane to buy a 3G Tab (cell phone) so when i want to pay the branch manager told me to go to ATM AND WITHDRAW cash because he want cash not card to swipe .i went there to withdraw then after that he gave me the Tab .when i was home and i checked the receipts it was for December 2014 and i ask him he told me that someone bought that Tab in December and return it back saying it doesnt vibrate so the person wanted a refund. on the 30 January the Tab started having a line on the screen when i return it back he told me that he cant refund me or repair it its my fault and i told him that i don't know whats wrong with it and he started shouting at me and say i must take the Tab and live the shop. so it means the branch manager gave me a second hand Tab .please help me .
