School shoes still in warrantee, no asstance from atore

Bought student Prince in January as I swap for other size. Now it started getting loose Infront. Normal wear and Tear. Shoes infperfect condituon. Loose Infront. Was @ Pep store to ask about gaurantee.. I had to get shows to show them there is a 6month warrantee on. For normal wear and Tear. Store staff just advise I have to contact customer service. Really.. Not happy at all. Can Pep Cuatomer service please get in contact with me Urgently
