School shoes

I bought my daughter school shoes on the 7th of November 2019 and today it’s the 22nd and already the shoes are opening up in front... it hasn’t even been a full month, I can’t find the slip but I have the exact date and branch but I can’t be helped, it’s only been a few days !!!
