I mum sent me money via pep money transfer and when I went to my nearest pep to access the funds I was told that the money has been withdrawed already at the Absa ATM near the Pep my mum used to send the money 10min after she left. The consultant advised my mum not to send me the withdrawal details immediately but when she gets home, this was done to delay my mum so that they can draw the money I'm extremely disappointed by the whole thing this is an inside job how can we trust Peps money system after this
