On the 26/03/2019 I gave my partner money and she made a cash transfer at Pep Cell (Mamelodi, Denneboom) branch to her mother who lives in Vosloorus who looks after our child and when my mother-in-law went to the branch in Vosloorus the following day to withdraw money she was told the money has already been withdrawn. My partner immediately rushed to the Mamelodi branch, also phoned me to come along and when I arrived there I was very upset because of the financial inconvenience caused as the money was intended for my child. Also the Manager or Supervisor was not helpful, very unprofessional and defensive about the whole situation which gave me suspicion that this was an inside job. The other cashier who I did not take her name phoned the Head Office to find out what happened to the money and she was advised that the money was withdrawn 4 minutes later at an ABSA ATM in the same complex in Mamelodi which was very strange and I asked myself how did that person get hold of the information and pin number so quickly. I also phoned the Head office yesterday and was told the same story.
