Samsung Z2 lies

<p>I bought a Samsung z2 at Pep stores in Dube on the 09/08/2017 . only to find that the phone is useless and it does not meet my needs at all . The phone does not use the Google app store apparently it's a tizen. Which basically means that I cannot download and use most of the important apps that I need on a smartphone e.g. capitec remote banking app. I went back to the store 2 days later to tell them to give me my money back . and I was told that pep does not take cellphones returns . To my understanding my Cpa rights are not being taken into consideration. I want my money back or else am taking this further .nobody in the store explained to me that I cannot return goods at Pep nor what the phone can or cannot do . The manager Mzwandile is very ***********.Please help.</p>
