Sabie Pep Terrible CUSTOMER and RETAIL Service

I am not impressed with pep in Sabie. I have left this matter a few times but I have had it. I went to buy wetwipes today and on the shelf was a price 2 packs 9f 3x80 wipes for R100. I get to the front Firstly I stand and wait approximately 6-8mins to be assisted as there is only 1 person on the till and the rest are have cake and tea in the and then after ringing the productsI get told about how the special has ended and that price is no longer that price and I was refused the shelf price ONCE AGAIN as I said this isn't the first time this has happened to me and every time I get refused. Also there were a few special stickers on the shelves and was told they are new ones. I worked in retail for 10 years I know how this works. As far as I understand this is a law that what you see is what you pay. I had a budget to work on and feel that the service given is very ****ing pathetic. I am not happy. How will we go forward in sorting this matter? P. S they offered me one packet at the normal price and not the special. This has happened with shoes, clothes, toys I am not happy.
