Hi, pep store manager at Pep Cell Busy Corner Mall thew away my ID document claiming that Pep has a policy empowering them to throw away IDs. Please email that policy. I had to beg her for morethan 3 hours to show me that in writing. If there is such a policy, why is it not explicitly displayed or explained to customers prior? Please email that thing, The ID was left in the store around November, I have logged this more than 30 times, no one want to account or respond to my requests.
