Good day Hello Peter On the 11th of October at 3:00pm I sent money via Money Send choosing Standard Bank Instant Money,the receiver resides in King Williams Town the following day when she went to town to collect her money the Voucher was already redeemed. I did went and report this matter at Standard Bank they are saying the money was withdraw at ATM 0689 on the 11th of October at 15:14pm can you please help so that my niece can get her money back.
