Rushni to the Rescue

I’d like to compliment PEP on the outstanding service I received today from Rushni. I came into the store feeling quite upset about a phone I had purchased just three months ago that had already broken. Despite my frustration, Rushni was incredibly patient, understanding, and friendly. She handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness that it truly turned my experience around.
