Rudeness staff and A RACIAL COMMENT

Tday I went t Pep home at Merino Mall (Ermelo Mpumalanga Province) coming all the way from Piet Retief which is 100km away I wanted a wall picture which I got 😊 on my way to the till t pay I took eat sum Moore biscuits(2) which were labelled R14.99 on the shelves “ I am very calculative “ I’m in a finance field by profession k we not there on the till I was assisted by an African lady with short dyed natural hair I can’t recall her name but yes she dd have a name tag on in the middle of the transaction the “customer screen on my side” showed R15,99 I said noooo there is a price difference on the shelve I took those biscuits as I saw them costing R14,99 I won’t have the difference (R2) and I’m willing t pay fr the price that on the shelves as I wasn’t gonna take it if it was labelled R15,99 she said Hau y u complaining for only R2 difference I said the R2 that I dnt have call your supervisor for “void” you must put correct labels the lady that I assume is a supervisor came and she said oh sisi y are making unnecessary issue with just R2 we gonna give it back to u she gave me R2 cash back as I was paying with a card she was VERY VERY rude n unprofessional for dealing with customers mostly and she lastly said ur complain is unnecessary we would have understood this if it was done by a WHITE PERSON….. I really fell offended n I still dnt understand on how we reached t the ****** comment so because I’m a black customer I must not express my concern regarding an issue that gonna involve MY MONEY?? what was it difficult for the staff to do their job ( change the price labels on shelves )

I was very disappointed for their poor service the two ladies behavior was very unprofessional n worse the ****** comment was totally out of line
