Rudeness

To whom it may concern

I went to festival mall PEP store 8711 kempton park, to make a layby.

I was rudely assisted by busisiwe with blue dyed hair, she didn't greet me...everything that she did I wasn't happy at all.

She asked for an identification book/card, I had my license she said NO (RUDENESS) and I was surprised because license serves as an identification as well. I had to say my ID number out loud.

She conducted herself as if I owe pep, only layby that will be out within two weeks.

I don't know if making a layby ****ed her off or she just like that.
