Rude,loud and unprofessional

Pep in Witpoortjie Staff member don't wear name tags,they hold a conversation on top of their voices while helping customer. They are rude and give customers attitude.I called the store this morning after experiencing bad customer service from the cashier.I go to that store almost everyday and the attitude gets worse each time. I ship a lot of items sometime twice a day and when they realize you are there to ship,they get bored. The manager is so unprofessional herself,no leadership skills at all. When I spoke to her on the phone,she didn't even ask what the problem was.I am so mad.I want someone to intervene as this store is a mess.
