Rude & Unprofessional

<p>On 2/4/17 I went to Pep Home in the new Alex Mall to buy a few things and pay my DSTV account. i was helped/attended by a lady called Joyce. I wanted to pay R7.50 that was outstandinging on my account and i wasnt aware that they only take payment from R30 upwards. The lady helping me instead of telling me nicely that's the case she gave me the worst attitude making me feel small and uninformed. I then went for my purse to pull out some money the lady just left the counter to go to the back, i stood there for about 10 minutes wondring where she was, i then asked the lady next to her where she was, no one gave me any attention what so ever. I asked her again if maybe she had knocked off but still no help was rended. The lady then came back I asked her where she has been becouse i have been standing here, with a 3 month old baby for 10min with no one to help me, she just gave me attitude and told me she was called to te back, when i told she didnt the guy working with her told her somthings i did not get and i got more attitude from the lady. There was no manager on sight to even help the situation. Such bad service!!</p>
