Rude to elderly
Im very disappointed on how Sibusiso who calls himself the manager there is treating elderly people, my mother inlaw paid dstv using her id number at pep, instead of them paying money to dstv they paid to Sabc, we went to the store when ee notice that dstv is switched off. He was very rude and telling her that there is nothing that he can do for her and that its her fault. My mum inlaw just stood there inside the shop waiting to ve assisted by the agent who is named Khau on the slip. Can Pep contact us regarding how to resolve this as their manager is not keen to even try and meet us halfway.

07 Dec 2020, 13:51I still haven't received any response from Pep i call their call center and asked for the manager of the Pep in bree street Johannesburg, im told the name is Clifford though Sibusiso claimed to be the manager who was very rude to my mother. I will like Pep to intervene and allocate this payment to Dstv as its very annoying that our kids are now roaming the street because there is no TV for them. Clifford khumalo must also be notified of this as the manager at Pep bree street.
